If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item you may return the item for store credit or exchange only. Unauthorized returns, COD, Clearance and postage due to returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Upon confirmation of your original order and receipt of the return in its original condition, a Store Credit Memo will be e-mailed to you for your records. Your store credit is valid for one year and is based on the purchase price.

Return Policy

  • Contact us for a Return Authorization #.
  • Please indicate the reason for your return on the “original” Packing Slip and enclose with the merchandise you are returning.
  • Return the unused product in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (instructions, etc.)
  • For your protection, we suggest you insure and return your package with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
  • Your return must be postmarked within 14 days (commencing from the date you receive your order).

Exceptions to this Return Policy

  • Pawnique, Inc. reserves the right to determine if a product is in used or non-saleable condition.
  • All clearance items are final sales.
  • Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense.
  • A $5.00 shipping and handling fee applies to each item returned. Heavier items may incur additional fees. Order add-ons will be charged the standard shipping and handling fees.
  • Custom orders can be exchanged or returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to correct the problem.

Lost, Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Should your order not arrive within its approximate delivery time frame, please contact us. You must notify us within 30 day of the approximate delivery indicated within the item’s description. We will not be responsible for notifications after that time.

Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer’s request, are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 30% restock charge will apply and store credit will be issued for the balance. Shipping is non-refundable.

Refused packages are subject to a 30% restock charge. A store credit will be issued for the balance, which is good for one year from the original order date. Shipping is non-refundable.

Custom Orders

We urge you to read the description of item as many of our items are indicated as “custom”. Anything that is not offered in our boutique by way of design, color, specific measurements, etc. is also considered a “custom order”. This includes items that are monogrammed, engraved, or personalized in any way. Please choose carefully, as custom orders may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
