Inc. will be not be held responsible for any damage, destruction or health issues caused to your pet as a result of this.

This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including but no limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
Utilization of this website is undertaken at your own risk and is voluntary agreement that your access and use hereof are subject to the terms and conditions in the legal notice along with all policies on this page which may change at any time without notice.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item please complete our
Return Form within 14 days of receipt of your product.
Exceptions to this Return Policy:
- Pawnique, Inc. reserves the right to determine if a product is in used or non-saleable condition.
- Special Value, Last Call/Clearance, treats and other perishables are final sales and non-returnable.
- Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. ("Return shipping" includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to Pawnique, Inc.)
- A $7.00 shipping and handling fee applies to each item returned. Heavier items may incur additional fees. Order add-ons will be charged the
standard shipping and handling fees.
- We urge you to
measure your pet accurately. One exchange per item is permitted. Thereafter, each exchange will incur a $12 charge per item.
- Pet Carriers, Beds, Blankets and Dog Houses - Please note the dimensions and weight limitations, choosing the appropriate size for your pet carefully. Due to standard health regulations we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges of these items.
- Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note details within each item's description. This also includes personalization of any kind or anything not offered in our boutique by way of design, color, size, etc.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (such as instructions, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must complete the Return Form within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to correct the problem.
